International customers may incur customs fees and duties. We have no control over this and advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country for information on what these charges might be.

*PO BOXES and Parcel Lockers - Please note all parcels with a PO Box Address or a Parcel Locker address will be handed over to Australia Post and will come under their shipping timeframes. Please follow up with your local post office for the shipping timeframe in your local area
Return & Exchange Policy
Mayne Hair is confident you will love your products as much as we do, however if for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund any item that is damaged or defected and offer a replacement, however we do not offer exchanges for change of mind (colour or item) so please choose carefully before confirming your order.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and with packaging intact. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping, but will happily ship the new item to you free of charge. Please contact hello@maynehair.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with one of our products for any reason.
Once we receive the returned item we will process the refund, this may take up to 10 working days to reach you depending on your bank.
